In Season Rates (May 1 - Oct 31)*:
$169/night weekday
$199/night weekend
Out of Season (Nov 1 - Apr 30)*:
$149/night weekday
$179/night weekend

*Rates are based on 2 people. $25 per night additional person fee applies up to 4 people. At no time can the occupancy exceed 4 people - violators of this policy will be asked to leave without a refund. See policies for additional information on Holidays and weekend rates.
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
Living Room: 2 sofas/one reclines, TV w/cable, DVD player w/2 DVD cases of movies to choose from (over 250), foosball table, dart board & wood pellet stove*.
Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, pans/dishes, coffee pot, water cooler, dining table.
Extras Included: regular/decaf coffee packs, creamers, sugar packets, extra filters for your own coffee, salt & pepper shakers, new sponge for dishes, dish soap & hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a full paper towel roll & 2 trash bags
*cabin is heated w/a wood pellet stove. owner maintenance is likely during your stay during the cold weather.

THE OUTDOORS
You'll love the view from the front porch overlooking the pond* but out back is the perfect area to unwind! Have your own picnic at the table while grilling out, play cards & enjoy a beverage, make s'mores in the fire pit or relax in the hot tub.
